• Most church recovery groups have some worship or prayer, a short lesson or someone's story, and time in a smaller group.
• Nobody has to talk. You can just listen.
• What is said in the group stays in the group.
• Not sure what to expect? Call the church before you go. They hear that question often and are glad to answer it.

This is a support group at a church. It is not treatment or counseling.
