Chainbreaker Recovery groups meet every week at local churches. They are free, and you don't have to belong to the church to come.

It's free. Come as you are.
Most church recovery groups have some worship or prayer, a short lesson or someone's story, and time in a smaller group.
Nobody has to talk. You can just listen.
What is said in the group stays in the group.
Not sure what to expect? Call the church before you go. They hear that question often and are glad to answer it.

This is a support group at a church. It is not treatment or counseling.

Do these meetings cost anything?

No. Church recovery meetings are free, and you don't have to belong to the church.

Do I have to talk at my first meeting?

No. You can listen the whole night. People use first names only.
