Salmos 21
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The kingH4428 shall joyH8055 in thy strengthH5797, O JehovahH3068; And in thy salvationH3444 how greatlyH3966 shall he rejoiceH1523!
Thou hast givenH5414 him his heart'sH3820 desireH8378, And hast not withholdenH4513 the requestH782 of his lipsH8193. {{SelahH5542
For thou meetestH6923 him with the blessingsH1293 of goodnessH2896: Thou settestH7896 a crownH5850 of fine goldH6337 on his headH7218.
He askedH7592 lifeH2416 of thee, thou gavestH5414 it him, Even lengthH753 of daysH3117 for everH5769 and everH5769.
His gloryH3519 is greatH1419 in thy salvationH3444: HonorH1935 and majestyH1926 dost thou layH7737 upon him.
For thou makestH7896 him most blessedH1293 for everH5703: Thou makestH7896 him gladH8057 with joy in thy presenceH6440.
For the kingH4428 trustethH982 in JehovahH3068; And through the lovingkindnessH2617 of the Most HighH5945 he shall not be movedH4131.
Thy handH3027 will find outH4672 all thine enemiesH341; Thy right handH3225 will find outH4672 those that hateH8130 thee.
Thou wilt makeH7896 them as a fieryH784 furnaceH8574 in the timeH6256 of thine angerH6440: JehovahH3068 will swallow them upH1104 in his wrathH639, And the fireH784 shall devourH398 them.
Their fruitH6529 wilt thou destroyH6 from the earthH776, And their seedH2233 from among the childrenH1121 of menH120.
For they intendedH5186 evilH7451 against thee; They conceivedH2803 a deviceH4209 which they are not ableH3201 to perform.
For thou wilt makeH7896 them turn their backH7926; Thou wilt make readyH3559 with thy bowstringsH4340 against their faceH6440.
Be thou exaltedH7311, O JehovahH3068, in thy strengthH5797: So will we singH7891 and praiseH2167 thy powerH1369.
